Last years event was ace, and here is a message from the organisers

'This year we’re aiming to make the Forum more fun, interactive and experiential than last year so be as imaginative as you can when planning your event! So it could be a film screening, a talk or workshop – or it could be a game, a quiz, an action, an interactive debate, a treasure hunt or a bike ride'

Lets discuss ideas for Green Action's contribution here, and perhaps organise a planning meeting?

For it to go out on the programme its essential we do this ASAP

Some ideas I had: - Brewing

Some ideas I had:

- Brewing workshop

- Intro to the Green Guide

- Urban Harvest: something with the tonnes of apples we'll have

- Intro to the co-op?

Social Forum help please...

Hi folks.

Ideas would be ace for the social forum. Also, could really use some volunteers to help out with things we've already got planned.

On Friday 2nd it's 'action' day so thinking....

  • Claim a space to run workshops from - potentially the site for the new proposed multi-storey?
  • Run workshops from it: we've got NVDA, would be good to have some on alternative living etc, whatever you think.
  • An alternative tour of Leeds, we've got bikes just need helpers.
  • Guerilla gardening - need seed bombs etc and helpers.
