Fri: 12-5pm cycle caravan meeting. For those wanting to help organise the proposed
bike ride from the UK and around Ireland to Mayo.
6pm-7.30pm: Introduction to Shell to Sea & the rossport solidarity camp. (for
newcomers)

Sat: 9.30: tea/coffee
10-11am: Update from the camp & the community.
11-11.30am: Brainstorm of ideas of what we want to do this year to support the
campaign.  This can be both in the UK & in terms of going over to ireland & taking
action there.
11.30am: tea & cake
12: Get all the ideas together & whittle them down to the most popular ones.
1pm lunch
2pm split into groups for the different ideas & plot how to make them happen.
5pm: Feedback from the different groups, including a feedback from the cycle caravan
meeting the previous day.
6pm feedback from people as to how they feel the meetings gone so far & what we
might need to cover on sunday.
6.30pm dinner
8pm-1am benefit night at the Sumac Centre hopefully with 2 bands & open decks.

Sunday: Brunch & chat from 10am onwards. The idea is to keep this day free just to
hang out or to have more meetings if wanted.
